Planted
in 1979, these old cabernet vines consistently produce fine wine. Established
on a rock-infested outcrop, they bear us 17-20 barrels of luscious premium cabernet,
aged for two years in new French Barriques and a further 3 years in bottles
in our cellar prior to release. It is the the best we can do and warrants our
Method Ancienne label. This wine is unfiltered and unfined and may deposit a
sediment, possibly requiring decanting.
